Tuesday June 26th

4pm – Old Town Tour

Meeting Point: Axel Hotel (Aribau St., 33) at 4pm.

Within this three-hour tour you will discover the most important iconic landmarks of the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. As the ancient district, it has maintained the antique charm with hundreds of years of impressive history.

Barcelona is well known for its modern architecture; its history stretches back 2000 years to the Roman period within its heartland known as the Gothic Quarter.

The visit initiates at the famous Arch de Triumph and the Ciutadella Park, where you will find the Castle of the Three Dragons, the Zoo, the Catalonian Parliament and a spectacular waterfall, amongst a huge array of other sights embedded within spectacular gardens. This was the legacy of the 1888 Barcelona Universal Exposition.

Afterwards, we will guide you around the ancient Gothic Quarter where in every alleyway you walk through, you will discover something spectacular, such as the Cathedral, Roman Walls or the Jewish Quarter.

♦  Wednesday June 27th

11am / 7pm – Sitges Experience with lunch (Speciality: Paella – included)

Meeting Point: Axel Hotel (Aribau St., 33) at 11am

Just a 40 minute journey from Barcelona, Sitges is heralded as one of the most famous gay places in Spain. Picturesque streets, gay beaches and an area full of clubs, restaurants and shops make this town one of the most recognised gay destinations in the world.

We will take a train to Sitges, where you will see many of its highlights including the Promenade, which leads to the Church of San Bartolomé i Santa Tecla. Here, you will experience the most breath-taking views Sitges can offer

From there we will visit some of the most important monuments like Cau Ferrat, the Museu Maricel, the Casa Bacardí and the Fundación Stämplfi amongst other thrilling hot spots (for timing purposes this is external views).

Around 1pm we will enjoy lunch at one of the best local restaurants, situated in front of Sitges’ gay beach.  After lunch you will have 3 hours to relax at the gay beach and get your tan on while making new friends, visit a cultural centre or have a drink. Finally, we will go back to Barcelona at around 6pm.

Thursday June 28th

10pm / 4pm – Modernism and Gaudi Tour with lunch (Speciality: Contemporary Catalan Cuisine – included)

Meeting Point: Axel Hotel (Aribau St., 33) at 10am

This two and a half hour tour allows you to engross yourself in the most renowned modernist buildings in the city such as La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Casa Amatller and Casa Lleó i Morera. We will also dive into the streets of the Eixample district and discover lesser-known but equally spectacular architectural gems like the Casa Calvet, Casa de les Punxes or Casa Macaya.


The tour makes way to the Sagrada Familia, a church that has been in construction for over 100 years.  Marvel at the meticulously and richly decorated exterior which portrays many biblical scenes and emphasizes Gaudi’s deeply religious nature. This is one of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks and we guarantee it will leave you speechless.

You will go inside the church without the tour guide for around 25min.

After visiting the inside, at around 1pm we will head back to the gay neighbourhood to have lunch at our favourite local restaurant.

  • Evening (around 7pm) – You will have free time or enjoy the party of the 28th of June, the International LGBTI Day in Barcelona. (Party at Plaza Universitat).

Friday June 29th

  • Free Time – Recommendation: Beach

After the opening party on Thursday, many will appreciate a little free time to enjoy the beach with the best atmosphere.  We will give you recommendations of what to do and where to go in your free time so you do not miss anything of this magical week in Barcelona.

Barcelona Gay Pride 2016 Holiday Package

  • 6pm / 2am – Recommendation: Pride Barcelona Village.

In the Pride area you can enjoy a high heel race, a drag queen competition and and the FOAM PARTY.


♦  Saturday June 30th

  • Free Time – Beach recommendation:

Sant Sebastià Beach

More relaxing than the big crowds at Mar Bella gay beach, the beach of Sant Sebastià is very popular with gay couples who come to one of the oldest beaches in the city to relax, enjoy beautiful bodies and astonishing views of the Barcelona skyline. Located next to the impressive W Hotel, after sunbathing you can go up to their terrace where you will enjoy spectacular views of the city while you delight yourself with one of their cocktails.


  • 4pm – Pride Parade

Meeting Point: Axel Hotel (Aribau St., 33) at 11am

Your tour guide will take you to the starting point of the parade, where you will join other participants on a Float! *It will include soft drinks and spirits

  • 9pm / 2am – Special Barcelona Pride Party

After the parade, the party will carry on at the Pride Village where we will have parties, shows and concerts, the perfect end to an amazing day!
